So. The latest shitty news.

They need to serve the whore to get her to come to court to testify as a witness/participant to the adultery. She can’t lie on the stand because I have proof, and purgery is a jailable offense. Turns out, SHE needs to come to my divorce, but Fuckwit, not so much. So the server goes to give her papers but she refuses to take them. So they do a “dump serve.” Apparently, just after they try to serve her Fuckwit calls my lawyer and I guess starts ranting about “how can we have a hearing, we haven’t been separated for a year”. The legal assistant says “this is a fault based adultery divorce, didn’t you read the papers?” (Apparently not, or at least he didn’t understand them.) “Adultery, that’s not accurate.” Well, I have a recording of you admitting to it, and I have texts of you sexting your whore so…… yeah, its accurate.

Then he starts whining “WHAT DOES SHE WANT?” FUCK, REALLY?
Jessica says, “SHE DOESN’T WANT TO BE MARRIED TO YOU ANYMORE…” GOOD FUCKING GOD, I love that woman.
Fuckwit says “Well, I don’t want to be married to her either.” NO SHIT.

So we are going on the assumption that he and the trash hound will come to the hearing so we can get a divorce and he will be out of my life forever.
He wanted this quick. He kept harping about that forever. This is quick.

SO GIVE ME MY FUCKING DIVORCE.

Jessica says she’s never had such odd encounters with a spouse.

Just let me have my divorce, go on to live your white trash life and let me live mine. But I think this is the last little bit of pain and power he can achieve so he’s going to try and make it count. Fuck that.
